Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a Store Credit or Exchange.
Please note Hustle Lashes do not accept exchanges for change of mind. All transactions are final, unless you receive a faulty product.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We ask you to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org using FAULTY as the subject. Please send us photos of your product and a description of your concern.
To complete your Exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
After investigation, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your Store Credit or Exchange.
If you are approved, we will either; Send you a gift card code with the amount of the faulty product when purchased OR we will send you a replacement of that product.
Please note; We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have any other questions please contact email@example.com with your query.
Here at Hustle Lashes we do not offer Refunds. Instead we offer a Store Credit so you can purchase a different item/use on later date or an Exchange of the same product. Keep in mind Store Credit or Exchanges are only given to faulty items. If you believe your item is faulty please follow our Returns policy.
