WHAT IS BIONIC YARN??

Bionic Yarn is made from Recycled Plastic Bottles. Yep thats right, not only are our Deluxe and Supreme lashes STUNNING, they are also helping our world become a better place. Plastic Bottles are picked up from the streets and ocean, they are then melted down, spun around and tossed together with natural fibres to then be made into your favourite pair of Hustle Lashes.

ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN??

Yes, yes, yes and yessss. Vegan means cruelty free and we want to make sure we are doing everything we can to help out our beautiful earth and everything thats on it.

SHOULD I CLEAN MY LASHES??

Absolutely you should. With every lash comes a free spoolie for you to brush through your babies and assist you in a good clean when needed. All we use is Micellar water, Paper towel, tweezers and a spoolie. We have a much more in-depth HOW TO of this on our "Make the most of your Hustle Lashes" Page.

WHY IS A LASH BOX IMPORTANT??

Our lash boxes aren't just a pretty face, despite how DIVINE they are they actually play an extremely important roll into making sure your Lashes last as long as they are supposed to. Like us tucking into bed after a long day so we can slay our way through the next day is important. We wanted to make sure that yours Lashes had a nice cosy bed to also tuck into after their long day. By putting your lashes in their box in between uses your lashes avoid loosing their shape, getting damaged and dirty or even worse... getting lost. Looking after your Lashes should mean they can last up to 10-25 uses (depending on style).

DO YOU DO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ??

No, we do not do refunds or exchanges, however we do give store credit or an exchange of the same product. In order to receive either of these things your item must be faulty. Please read our returns policy for in-depth instructions on this.

DO YOU DO BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS??

Absolutely we do, anything over 15 pairs of lashes per order is considered "bulk". Send us an email if you want to make a "bulk" order and we sort you out. Another fun thing we offer is Performance Sport Gym Discounts. If you want your athletes in Hustle Lashes send us an email on info@hustlelashes.com.au with the description "GYM DISCOUNT" and we will set up a discount code for your club.
